Over 100% Circum Rate
Over 100% Circumcision rate in the years 1985-2000:During recent years, everybody, a grandpa, his son, and his grandson got circumcised, literally. That is why the estimated number of circumcisions per year, far exceeded the number of male births. |
As you see, from the figure below, that the number of male circumcision in South Korea increased dramatically over the years. In the last 15 years, it was approximately twice as many as the number of male births!
It also shows that circumcision did not become popular until 1960-1970's.
